note for US95Gabi - FileFront site closing

Post by US95Pickett »

S! all, Gabi, in case you did not know, the FileFront web site is shutting down effective March 30, 2009 due to economic conditions. You can read more about it here:
http://farewell.filefront.com/
Wanted you to know in case you need to make sure you have copies of your files from that site before it shuts down..

S! all, FileFront.com web site is back up and running again.

From their web site:
http://welcome.filefront.com/

"FileFront has been acquired by the original founders of the site and will NOT be suspended as previously announced. This is NOT an April Fool's Joke.

After learning about Ziff Davis Media's plan to suspend FileFront at the end of March, the original founders of FileFront made the decision to buy it back from Ziff Davis Media."

Gabi, according to your FileFront page, you have no files currently hosted.

http://hosted.filefront.com/GabiLaser

Which means the Link Track IR uses for Red Baron goes no place.

Hey Gabi,

Is it possible to post all of your files for Red Baron? Especially the RBLogger (lost my copy in a computer crash). Mad Otter has released RB3D and in some ways it works best on my Vista Machine, but it also has been quirky crashes. It would help to let them know where the crash is taking place.

Reload and RedBullet works with no problems on their version.

The only one that is quirky is TView in that there is no sound. And I noticed that there is no Bullet Counter for TView?

This release by Mad Otter is giving a chance for RB3D to get some new blood and your stuff has been some of the best icing on the cake for me.

S!
