War Forces 2004

The partnership of BA/US95/RAF28/CSq/RAF56 was fairly successful for the RBWL 2004. As official Team Representative for the Black Adders for War Forces 2004 I'd like invite all teams involved to continue this partnership for War Forces 2004.

We'd like to work with all teams involved to improve our communications and tactical planning to get bugs worked out PRIOR to the start of the league. In the opinion of the Black Adders command staff the communications problem was our biggest setback during the previous league.
