Good news! The server situation is rectified thanks to JG1_Butzell, LE_Storm, and of course Pepe who's been running in circles for all of us, hopefully not having to sniff his own tail

The rules are being finalized tonight for posting, perusal, and apporval.

The forum is up and running smoothly.
